Summary: The room had everything we needed for a great night's sleep, super comfortable mattress. The staff were extremely helpful and the food was amazing. Highly recommend.

Summary: Excellent spa hotel just a few steps from the castle (the closest you can be). Very close to restaurants and shops from the little village. Nice breakfast and beautiful hotel. Only negatives were that my son’s bed wasn’t made despite the reservation clearly saying it was for 3 people. I had to ask twice before they came to set up the bed. Also I wanted to use the spa on the day of check out and they charged me 10 euros per person!! I didn’t even use the spa on the day before because I had to visit the castle.

Summary: Family room was spacious, amazing views. Excellent breakfast with view of castle. Spa was wonderful, every detail was well executed. Don't skip taking a swim in the Alpsee or the half board dinner.

Summary: We would return to the Ameron in a heartbeat! The resort was lovely - comfortable rooms, welcoming staff, delicious meals, fantastic A/C in very hot weather and the location is amazing! I wish we could have stayed longer!

Summary: Excellent location. The halbpension was great value. Wonderful breakfast and Andre(?) , the food director, did an outstanding job at dinner. The spa is also a nice treat after a day of touring the castles. The place is huge and any kind of service is difficult to come by. Also our room in the Alpenrose section had a very strange layout…half the space was taken up by a large bathtub.

Summary: Absolutely wonderful! Location is perfect for exploring the area.central and easy to pop in and out during the day. Staff is wonderful, The room in alpenrose was cozy, lovely, clean and had large windows that open to magnificent view of the lake-it’s peaceful and quiet on the 3rd floor. The breakfast is outstanding with a huge variety of delicious options. The Lisl restaurant is so lovely, the food was average. Overall amazing experience- would definitely love to come back again.
